Meet Susan Veihman.

Susan was born and raised here in beautiful Colorado and could not imagine living anywhere else.   After graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a B.S. in Kinesiology back in the early 90’s, Susan worked for several years as a physical therapy assistant before moving over to the operations side of the multi-clinic company.  She then took a major detour into managing two different law firms while raising her two boys, Jack and Patrick, with her husband, Todd.

As an empty nester for the last several years, Susan found her way back to her true love, fitness, as an ASAF Certified Group Fitness Coach at Fit36 Highlands Ranch and FIT36Parker.  Susan practices what she preaches and enjoys living the fit life with Todd by strength training daily, skiing, hiking with rescue pup Sherlock, and cheering on her beloved Broncos and Buffs.

As an International Sports and Science Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist,  Susan is excited to bring her passion and enthusiasm for strength and fitness to Total Fitness Colorado to help her clients achieve their fitness goals while being safe and having a lot of fun!
