Meet Scott Farrish.

Scott was born and raised in Colorado before leaving to attend college in Louisiana (Tulane and Southeastern Louisiana University). There he played collegiate and men's Club Division 1 rugby, as well as serving 4 years in the US Marine Corps.

The outdoors is his sanctuary, and any given day you will find him hiking or mountain biking in the local hills. Currently, Scott has climbed all of Colorado's 14'ers, and is working on the centennials (the highest 100 peaks in Colorado).

Scott has 3 girls - 2 of them twins, and 2 crazy dogs that love to go outdoors with him.

He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and also has certifications in Mixed Martial Arts conditioning and Level-1 rowing.

His number one goal as a personal trainer is to develop and lead a program for people that best suits their lifestyle. So if you want to get faster, enhance your metabolism, or simply feel young and energetic again, he has the workout for you!
