Mandy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Exercise Science from Colorado StateUniversity, and is a NASM and ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has trained clients in a variety of settings, and has taught yoga, barre, and strength training classes. Mandy was an avid runner for many years, but as soon as she started adding in strength training and seeing the results, building strength and creating new workouts became a huge passion.
Mandy enjoys helping her clients meet their fitness goals, while also helping them focus on all aspects of wellness. She specializes in functional training, building total body strength, helping clients build confidence in the gym, and especially loves creating fun and challenging lower body workouts. She likes to get creative with program design, use a variety of equipment and body weight movements, and help her clients enjoy exercise. She is also very passionate about nutrition and is a Nutrition Therapist Master, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition. She attended school for Holistic Nutrition at the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver. She is also a certified yoga teacher and loves to teach Vinyasa.
In her free time, Mandy enjoys hiking with her husky, rock climbing, trying new workouts, and going to concerts.
