Meet Dominic Atencio.

Dominic Atencio was originally only interested in the body-building aspect of fitness. After some impressive results at a young age, he eventually developed serious back problems due to a lack of focus and attention to the importance of core strength, balance, flexibility, and stability. Dom had to start physical therapy which was such a blessing because it was an eye-opener to the mistakes he made over the years. 

It also was a catalyst to starting his career as a personal trainer over a decade ago.
